Human mobility, natural disasters and climate change in Latin America: From understanding to action
This report presents key human mobility trends associated with climate change and disasters in Latin America, and provides an overview of the inter-American human rights and humanitarian law system applicable in that context. The report also presents recommendations for action at the research, policy and operational levels to be implemented in the region.
