This manual is the first concrete step in education designed for the entire population, and was created in order to enable citizens to easily access basic information useful for behavior in emergency situations. It is simple and provides basic guidelines and rules of conduct in any type of danger. It lists numerous examples of conduct in emergency situations, including all potential hazards that could hit Serbia, such as wildfire, flood, heat and cold waves, earthquake as well as nuclear, technical and technological hazards.
