The International Day of Civil Protection celebrated every year on March 1 is intended to alert all communities to the importance of people and property from the occurrence of natural and technological disasters.

In this context, the Amadora Municipal Service of Civil Protection, with the support of the Local Campaign "Amadora Resilient" will develop for one week (February 25 to March 1), a set of training and information sessions to increase community awareness to the issues of civil protection.
