Jo Confino, executive editor of the Guardian and chairman and editorial director of Guardian Sustainable Business, speaks to Christiana Figueres, executive secretary at the UNFCCC, about the response of business and governments to the climate change agenda.

Confino asked: What is stopping people from saying "I can see it, I have got to do something" and it becoming a reality?

Figueres answered: I think the block is a false sense of comfort we all have.
