Purpose of the Regional Consultations

These consultations will build on the findings of the 2025 Youth in DRR Survey. Click [] to fill out the survey if you have not already

This survey explores young people’s involvement in DRR decision-making, the challenges they face, and gathers insights on localized, actionable strategies to accelerate the implementation of the Sendai Framework in the final years of its timeline.

The regional consultations will feature focused discussions and breakout sessions, allowing a broader group of young people to share their perspectives on DRR and the Sendai Framework. The insights gathered will contribute to drafting a Youth Declaration for GP2025, ensuring meaningful youth inclusion in DRR policies and actions.

  2. Review of the Survey Results
  3. Breakout Sessions – Co-developing recommendations for each section of the survey
