According to Yudhisthira, any potential for flooding informed by the Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) will be forwarded directly to the Jaki. "We have notifications, either it's for heavy rain and the level of Katulampa floodgate showing Alert II. We obtain this information from BPBD," he said.

Yudhishthira explained BPBD has the duty to determine the flooding point, then the Social Department will submit the number of victims in each area, and the Department of Natural Resources will take the data on the water level in each sluice. All of the data will then be processed by the Department of Communication and Information along with Jakarta Smart City.
