Tahara City and Toyota Motor Corporation signed an agreement in Tokyo on 24 March as part of its commitment to work with local stakeholders to create disaster-resilient communities, reports ACN Newswire.

According to the article, Hiromasa Zaitsu, General Manager of the General Administration Division, said, "Through this agreement, Toyota is keen to fulfill its role as a local business and cooperate in initiatives to prevent and mitigate the impact of disasters on Tahara City."
