Massive cuts risk England's ability to deal with floods, MPs say

"Massive" and ongoing cuts to the budget of the department of environment, food and rural affairs mean its ability to respond to extreme weather emergencies such as flooding is in danger, according to a report by UK Members of Parliament, reports The Guardian.
