Spain vows support to PHL’s climate change adaptation plan

“Since Philippines is one of the most vulnerable countries with regard to climate change, we are committed to give financial, technical and technological assistance services." Vicente Selles, coordinator general of the Agencia Espanola de Cooperacion International Para El Desarollo (AECID), said during the recently-concluded First National Media Conference on Climate Change Adaptation at the Bicol University (BU).
