The Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for SIDS (ABAS) offers a transformative vision for addressing challenges related to extreme weather and sea level rise, emphasizing resilience-building, sustainable development, and social equity as cornerstones for a secure and prosperous future.

The Antigua and Barbuda Agenda for SIDS was adopted at the fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States by world leaders, named after the Caribbean island nation that hosted them — and pledged to help such States achieve their priorities over the next 10 years.
