Defra's climate change plan 2010
This Plan describes how the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) will continue to deal with the challenges and opportunities of climate change. This includes adaptation – working in Whitehall, with partners in Natural England, the Forestry Commission and the Environment Agency, and through a range of policies and practical steps. It also explains what Defra is doing to support the country’s transition to a low-carbon economy, develop stronger scientific evidence, and develop better skills.
