This document describes and evaluates the workings of Cordaid's Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction programme during and after the eruption of Mount Merapi in Indonesia in October and November 2010. Part two of two, it describes how the established DRR forums in four affected villages took care of re-evacuation, aid distribution and the start of the return and recovery process. It targets scientists, NGOs, and anyone interested in community managed disaster risk reduction or the disaster event.
