El Salvador: Ley de creación del fondo de protección civil, prevención y mitigación de desastres

This legislation establishes the prevention and counteracting of the effects caused by phenomena such as earthquakes, tropical storms, hurricanes, floods, droughts. For this reason, the Civil Protection, Prevention and Disaster Mitigation Fund is created.

La presente legislación establece la prevención y contrarrestar los efectos causados por lo fenómenos tales como: terremotos, tormentas tropicales, huracanes, inundaciones, sequías. Por lo anterior se crea el Fondo de Protección Civil, Prevención y Mitigación de Desastres.
