This document provides a set of key messages and recommendations form the children and youth point of view on the the Conference on Sustainable Development (CSD) process to develop a post-2015 framework. It addresses each of the thematic goals, such as improving disaster risk preparedness with a particular focus on youth, and highlights the needs illustrated by a set of examples of the targets they could include.

It was produced by UNCSD Major Group of Children and Youth (MGCY) to provide guidance to Member States on the process to develop the post-2015 framework at Rio+20 while ensuring that the interests of children and youth are taken into account in the planning and decision making processes.
