This document is a result of collaboration between the city of Los Angeles, 100 Resilient Cities at the Rockefeller Foundation and various stakeholders and partners to outline an approach and actions to be undertaken that build resilience in the city. 

This document consists of 4 chapters that are organized around key themes at different scales of impact. There are 15 goals and 96 actions for Angelenos, neighbourhoods, the city and partners to implement. The 96 actions of Resilient Los Angeles will improve outcomes around:

  • Leadership and Engagement
  • Disaster Preparedness and Recovery
  • Economic Security
  • Climate Adaptation
  • Infrastructure Modernization
