°Õü°ù°ì¾±²â±ð: National climate change strategy

With this strategy °Õü°ù°ì¾±²â±ð sets a goal of contributing to the global efforts against climate change within its own capabilities and presents its national mitigation, adaptation, technology, finance and capacity building policies.

One of the goals are the early warning systems for flood disaster reduction, which shall be developed and existing flood risk maps in all watersheds that shall be updated. Legislation on disaster risk management shall be revised to assess potential settlement area relocation for risk reduction.
