Aimed at achieving the overall objective of the development of a Programme of Action for strengthening community resilience and local adaptive capacity in a changing Caribbean climate, this report offers a synthesis of the presentations, discussions and recommendations resulting from the workshop, which brought together 50 participants from civil society, national and local governments, academia, regional inter-governmental bodies, media and the private sector.
