The programme is designed for adults working in the field of emergency planning for government, industry and voluntary agencies, or as emergency responders. To complete the Practicum, students must have current work experience in the field of emergency disaster services, or be able to complete a 250-hour volunteer experience. In addition, students must work in the United States or be a U.S. citizen working on a U.S. military base overseas.

A high school diploma or have passed the GED. And you must be 21 years of age. International students are required to submit their TOEFL scores. Students having an army background are required to submit additional documents, for details please see the application form.

Completed , Non refundable Application fee of USD 75. Official copies of transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. These transcripts must be received by the Office of the Registrar directly from the sending institution in unopened sealed envelopes with signatures across the seals. International course-by-course credit evaluations from the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) will be reviewed by Thomas Edison Sate College based upon existing transfer and degree policies in place at the time of application.
