Prepare for the upcoming disaster season with free trauma training
Being an Emergency Services worker, manager or volunteer means community members call on you for help. Phoenix Australia’s courses are specifically designed for emergency service teams to support others to deal with the impacts of past trauma, and prepare for future disasters, while looking after your own wellbeing. Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Trauma-informed Care (TIC) are flexible and practical courses, and they are free for eligible individuals and organisations in communities affected by the 2019-20 bushfires.
Upon completion of the course, you will be provided with a badge of achievement that can be shared with your manager, organisation, professional body or your networks as evidence of your continuing professional development.
