Mission

ProAct - a not for profit international network of environmental professionals and partners - promotes environmental security and climate change solutions through sound environmental management. Its ultimate objective is to reduce disaster vulnerability and to help minimise the impact of disasters on communities as well as to help ensure that neither peoples' livelihoods nor the environment are unnecessarily impaired during disaster recovery and rehabilitation.

The organization has no registered commitments.

The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
