Mission
The Agency’s remit is threefold:
- Compiling knowledge and documentation - to develop our own environmental efforts and those of others
- Developing environmental policy - by providing the Government with a sound basis for decisions and by giving an impetus to EU and international efforts
- Implementing environmental policy - by acting in such a way as to ensure compliance with the Swedish Environmental Code and achievement of the national environmental objectives

allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
